Q1:How large is your company? What is the annual output value?
A:Lihua is the High and New Tech Enterprise,covering with 15000 sq meters plant in Langxi Indusrial Zone.We have more than 80 workers,who are all with excellent WPC area working experience.
Q2:What testing equipment do you have?
A:Our factory have Mechanical property tester,Fire-ratting tester,Anti-slip tester,Weight ,etc.
Q3:What is your quality process?
A:During the manufacture,our QC will check the size,color ,the surface,the quality,then they will get a piece sample to do mechanical property test.Also QC will do after treatment to check if there are some Invisible problem in it.When are doing the after treatment,they will also check the quality.
Q4:What is your product yield? How was it achieved?
A:Our product yield is more than 98%,because we will control the quality at first,from the beginning of the material,them QC will control the quality when manufacture,also artisan will check and update the formula always.
Q5: How long is the service lifetime of WPC products?
A: It is about 25-30 years under ideal situations.
Q6: Which payment term will you accept?
A: Payment term is T/T, Western Union and so on.

A: As the difference with the wood,WPC products themselves own color,they need extra painting. Generally,we provide 8 main colors as Cedar,yellow,red pine,red wood,brown,coffee,light grey , blue grey. And also,we can make special color per your request.
